LOOP FREAKZ NFT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license may be updated over time. Loop Freakz may amend, modify, or revise this agreement at any moment. Any changes will be publicly posted and will apply only to future use. Continued usage of the NFT artwork after an update means you accept the latest terms.

1. Ownership

Each Loop Freakz NFT is a cryptographic token on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase a Loop Freakz NFT, you fully own the token. Ownership is controlled solely by the smart contract and the Ethereum network. Loop Freakz cannot freeze, revoke, alter, or interfere with token ownership.

2. License Grant

As long as you continue to own the NFT and comply with this agreement, Loop Freakz grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display the artwork tied to your specific NFT, including derivatives you create, for the following:

Personal Use

Non-commercial display, digital or physical.

Commercial Use

Merchandise, media, branding, content, clothing, prints, and derivative artwork.

Marketplace Use

Use in NFT marketplaces that verify on-chain ownership.

App/Game Use

Display inside third-party apps, games, or platforms that verify ownership.

3. Derivative Works

You may create and commercialize derivative works featuring your Loop Freakz character. Creative expansion is encouraged. Derivative rights apply only to the character(s) represented in your NFT, not to the Loop Freakz brand as a whole.

4. Brand & Attribution Restrictions

This license does not grant any rights to the Loop Freakz name, logo, or branding, registered or unregistered.
You may not:

• Use the Loop Freakz brand to imply partnership, official affiliation, or endorsement.
• Use project logos or brand assets beyond displaying your individual NFT artwork.
• Market a product as “official Loop Freakz,” unless explicitly approved in writing.

These restrictions apply regardless of commercial or non-commercial intent.

5. License Termination

Your rights under this agreement exist only while you own the NFT.
If the NFT is sold, transferred, burned, or otherwise relinquished:

• All rights to the artwork and related derivatives immediately terminate.
• You must stop using the artwork and any derivatives tied specifically to that character.

Continued use after transfer violates this agreement.

6. No Official Affiliations

Loop Freakz is independent.
It is not affiliated with any marketplace, company, or project unless explicitly stated.

7. Derivative Transfer Rules

Commercialized derivative works tied to a specific Loop Freakz NFT can only be used by the current token holder.
If the NFT is sold or transferred:

• Rights to any derivative content tied to that character must stop immediately, unless a separate agreement is made between the parties.

8. Amendments

Loop Freakz may update or change this license at any time. Updates apply only going forward. The latest version will always be publicly posted. Continued use of the NFT artwork means you agree to the current terms.
